Job summary

Bupa, Mindplace Peterborough, is seeking a Counsellor/Psychotherapist to provide high-quality counselling to clients, working within a multidisciplinary team. The role blends on-site and remote work, with sessions across weekdays and occasional weekends.

You will manage caseloads, adhere to clinical guidelines, and contribute to service development. Essential accreditation and at least 3 years of post-qualification experience are required.

Qualifications

• BACP Accredited Counsellors/Psychotherapists.
• NCPS Professional Accredited Registrants.
• UKCP Registered Psychotherapists/Counsellors.
• 3 years of full-time post-qualification counselling experience.
• Accreditation required at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality counselling or brief interventions with good clinical outcomes.
• Deliver assessments and formulations to guide interventions.
• Offer models including face to face sessions and remote options.
• Follow Bupa’s case management processes and collaborate with the team.
• Work within sessional limits and provide referrals as needed.
• Deliver group psychoeducation and wellbeing sessions.
