Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a Social Work qualification and be registered with Social Work England.
• Experience working with children in care or similar settings is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of children's needs and circumstances.
• Develop and implement care plans in partnership with children, families, and multi‑agency teams.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date case records and documentation.
• Provide direct support and intervention to children and families, focusing on emotional, social, and educational needs.
• Participate in court proceedings and present evidence when necessary.
