Children's Safeguarding / Assessment - £40/h

Leaders in Care are looking for an experienced children’s social worker to join a child and family assessment team, based in the South West of England. Due to our direct contact with this council, we can offer you a rate of £43 per hour, which is also topped up by our exclusive Leaders in Care bonus.

This council offer a great working environment, with a long-standing supportive management structure (based off feedback), the existing close-knit team really aim to make you feel at home from day one. This will help you provide the best possible service to all children and families involved. To further support this, you can also expect a manageable caseload to help ensure you are in a stable environment to get the best out of your time here.

There are immediate starts available. However, don’t worry, this council will wait up to 1 month for the right person. Due to our great longstanding relationship with this council, we can give you ongoing support throughout the full process, as well as being there to support you throughout the placement.
