You will lead classroom activities, implement lesson plans, communicate with families, and mentor new hires while ensuring compliance with licensing guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in a licensed childcare facility, leading a classroom and implementing lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state/accreditation education and experience requirements.
• Commitment to safeguarding and providing a nurturing environment for children.

Responsabilités

• Lead classroom activities and manage daily routines with emphasis on child development.
• Promote social, physical and intellectual growth and supervise curriculum implementation.
• Communicate with families to support child achievement and center success.
• Mentor and train new hires, and assist with leadership duties when needed.
• Open and close the center in the absence of a director or assistant director.
