Acquire4Hire is seeking an experienced childcare leader to develop a cohesive teaching team, oversee curriculum, and manage daily classroom operations in Tees Valley, United Kingdom. You will ensure a safe, stimulating environment for children to thrive, coach staff, and maintain strong communication with parents while upholding standards and compliance across all activities.

The role requires leadership, solid knowledge of child development, and dedication to ongoing professional development

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years of professional child care experience.
• Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification.
• Associate’s Degree in early childhood education or related field with 30 ECE credits.
• Strong understanding of child development.
• Excellent leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement educational curriculum through creative and engaging activities that align with early learning standards.
• Model excellence and coach the teaching team to achieve success.
• Design and execute age-appropriate activities to promote social, emotional, and cognitive growth in children.
• Establish and maintain open communication with parents through regular updates and conferences.
• Maintain compliance with all center policies and state regulations.
• Ensure a healthy classroom environment by adhering to hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Supervise teacher assistants and volunteers to ensure adherence to planned activities and standards.
• Accurately maintain records, forms, and files.
• Develop and implement a personal professional development plan to ensure continuous improvement.
