Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a role focused on delivering child and family interventions, including court-based work, with an emphasis on trauma-informed, strengths-based practice. The post requires DBS clearance, a driving car with business insurance, and travel across Central Lancashire.

Responsibilities include community-based interventions, screenings, and delivering assessments to support positive outcomes for children and families, in partnership with parents and carers.

Qualifications

• Experience or ability to deliver interventions with children and families/carers.
• Ability to complete screenings.
• Ability to undertake work in Courts.
• Ability to deliver effective assessments and interventions.
• Commitment to positive partnership working, including working with parents and carers.
• Commitment to child-first, trauma-informed, and restorative approaches.
• Must provide a car for use in connection with the duties and have business-use insurance.
• Must apply for a DBS disclosure if successful.
• Must provide a supporting statement evidencing how the criteria are met.
• Not open to international sponsorship.
