The role involves managing, supervising, and supporting the development of the Child and Family Centre team to deliver Family Hub services that address locally identified needs across Fenland meeting the outcomes of Cambridgeshire's Best Start in Life. Responsibilities include providing leadership and management, as well as facilitating integrated service delivery with key partners based on the requirements of local needs. You will also have the responsibility to manage the budget for the Child and Family Centre/Family Hub for Fenland. With a solid understanding of safeguarding, early years development, and relevant legislation, you will be committed to providing a responsive, community-focused service that meets local needs and drives continuous improvement.
