Job summary

Cambridgeshire County Council in Cambridge is seeking an Adult Support Coordinator to join the Adults Community Teams. The role supports adults in the local community with flexible working arrangements and a team-oriented environment.

You will liaise with other departments, undertake Social Care and Mental Capacity Act assessments, and plan care and support to achieve better outcomes for the adults we support. This post is based in Cambridge within the Cambridge and South Cambridgeshire Team.
