Creature Comforts is building the vet group of the future from its Beaconsfield clinics. We seek a Clinical Director to drive clinical, financial, and people performance, leading the vet team, Head Nurse, and Practice Manager while remaining hands-on in clinical practice.

You will shape the local clinic strategy, uphold clinical standards, governance, and a positive culture. Essential: 8+ years as a veterinary surgeon, 3+ years in leadership, proven P&L experience.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years' post-qualification experience as a veterinary surgeon (MRCVS).
• At least 3 years in a leadership role with direct line management responsibility.
• Proven experience managing a P&L or budget.
• MRCVS registration is essential.

Responsabilités

• Spend ~80% of time in clinical practice while leading by example.
• Ensure high standards of clinical care across patient interactions.
• Lead clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives.
• Direct education and CPD within the team.
• Manage clinic P&L, KPIs and budget.
• Oversee HR, health & safety and client care.
• Foster a culture of respect and psychological safety.
