Job summary

SCC seeks a CTO who can build strong networks with senior customers and guide strategic technology directions. You will translate customer visions into SCC opportunities, advising Sales and pre-sales to win and deliver outcomes.

Qualifications

• Excellent ability to listen and translate business context into opportunities for SCC.
• Proven track record in establishing relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Strong strategic thinking with curiosity and learning mindset.
• Ability to work across Sales, Account Management and pre-sales teams.
• Proactive in nurturing C-suite relationships to win opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Work with Sales to set measurable strategies for growing our executive network.
• Engage with new and existing stakeholders to develop SCC propositions.
• Assess opportunities and update plans with value, budgets and timelines.
• Build trusted advisor relationships to shape customer requirements.
• Coordinate with SCC specialists to drive opportunities to closure.
• Maintain CRM with key conversations and outcomes.
