Job summary

Horder Healthcare seeks a Chief Technology Officer to join the Executive Leadership Team and shape the future of technology, data and digital innovation in healthcare. You will drive strategy, oversee major transformation programmes and advise the Board on cyber security, governance and investment.

Qualifications

Significant leadership experience at Director, CIO, CTO or equivalent executive level.
Proven track record of leading digital transformation and technology strategy.
Experience advising Boards and Executives on technology, cyber security and information management.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement the organisation's digital, data and technology strategy.
Lead major transformation programmes including clinical systems and patient-facing technology.
Provide executive IT governance across infrastructure, cyber security, data and analytics.
Champion data-driven decision making and AI-enabled solutions.
Present to the Board on technology performance, risks and opportunities.
