Gamescape is an innovative AI-powered platform designed to automate and optimize the game testing process. Our platform targets game developers, studios, and independent developers, offering a solution that reduces the time and cost associated with traditional game testing while ensuring high-quality gameplay experiences. We provide a subscription-based service across three tiers—Basic, Professional, and Enterprise—catering to different sizes of gaming companies and individual developers. With features like predictive testing, emotional response analytics, narrative flow testing, and dynamic content optimization, Gamescape helps developers make informed decisions, reduce testing cycles, and improve player engagement.

Role Description

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will be responsible for overseeing GAMESCAPE’s

technological vision, architecture, and innovation strategy. As the leader of the technical team,

the CTO will ensure the scalability, security, and performance of the AI-driven game testing

platform while aligning the technology roadmap with business goals. The role involves

researching emerging technologies, managing system infrastructure, and directing software

development efforts to ensure continuous improvement. Additionally, the CTO will collaborate

with AI specialists, developers, and data scientists to enhance the machine learning algorithms

and automated testing capabilities of the platform.

The ideal candidate should have expertise in AI and machine learning, particularly in computer

vision, NLP, and game automation technologies. Strong experience in cloud computing, scalable

software architecture, and cybersecurity is essential. A background in leading technical teams,

implementing DevOps strategies, and working with gaming engines such as Unity or Unreal

Engine will be highly beneficial.
