Job summary

Contracts Advance is seeking an accomplished Head of Technology in Bath, combining strategic leadership with hands-on delivery of SaaS technology, data and AI initiatives. You will report to the Board and shape technology across product, data, security and infrastructure while working with cross-functional teams to drive growth and operational excellence.

The role requires a track record of delivering roadmaps, managing complex tech stacks (AWS, databases, and modern languages) and building

Qualifications

• Proven technology leadership experience within a SaaS or software-led environment (7+ years).
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills, with Board-level engagement experience.
• Experience defining and delivering technology strategies that drive growth and operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the company's technology strategy, aligned with business growth.
• Oversee performance, security, scalability and data infrastructure for the customer platform.
• Collaborate with Head of Product Development to deliver the product roadmap on time and budget.
• Ensure data governance, quality across proprietary and third-party systems.
• Lead data extraction, transformation and delivery processes for reliable information.
• Manage outsourced development and infrastructure partners with high standards.
