Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering complex software to schedule and budget.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across multiple projects and guide architectures and tool chains.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define software requirements and designs for security and system needs.
• Work with software leads and PMs to create development plans delivering value early.
• Mentor engineers and drive process improvements for technical excellence.
• Specify, design, and review software using UML/SysML to ensure modular, compliant solutions.
• Champion CI, automated testing, and secure coding standards across teams.
