Job summary

Steatite Antennas in Leominster seeks a Chief RF Engineer to lead the antenna and RF engineering capability. You will set technical direction, influence strategy, and provide technical authority across complex programmes, collaborating with customers and senior stakeholders.

The role requires extensive RF/antenna expertise, leadership experience, and hands-on testing with VNAs and CST Microwave Studio. Relocation support is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experienced RF/antenna engineer with leadership capability.
• Degree in RF/electronic engineering or closely related field.
• Strong track record from concept to production transfer.

Responsibilities

• Act as senior technical authority for antenna/RF engineering.
• Lead antenna design from concept through production transfer.
• Provide direction across EM modelling, testing, and verification.
• Lead design reviews and technical sign-off with customers.
