Job summary

Fortrea Leeds is seeking an experienced senior executive to lead Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance for the Clinical Pharmacology Services (CPS) unit. You will shape the QA strategy, align with global standards, and drive inspection readiness across CPS, CPUs, GMP pharmacy operations, and early-phase activities.

This role requires strong leadership of cross-functional teams, a risk-based approach, and a track record of partnering with Operations, Medical, and Safety to deliver

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in a clinical trials regulated environment.
• Strong expertise in GCP and GMP within clinical pharmacology.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven leadership of global, matrixed teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive QA leadership for CPS quality management and regulatory compliance.
• Design and implement audit, inspection readiness, and quality oversight programs.
• Oversee QA for CPUs, GMP pharmacy operations, IP handling.
• Lead Phase IB/IIA quality oversight frameworks.
• Drive risk-based quality governance and continuous improvement.
