Job Description

We are looking for a Chief Product Officer - you will be responsible for ensuring the client's tech products are designed, delivered, and supported to the highest standards. This role focuses on aligning the business product strategy with operational excellence, ensuring that delivery processes are efficient & agile. Leading cross-functional teams across product management, delivery, and customer operations, this role ensures that product road-maps are executed effectively, and customer onboarding is smooth!

Role overview:

  1. Define & execute the product vision and strategy for the customer
  2. Lead the creation of a strategic product road-map
  3. You will prioritise (features & initiatives) based on customer insights & market trends
  4. Oversee the planning, execution, risk management & quality assurance of all products & releases
  5. Implement and refine agile best practices & framework
  6. Manage the product strategy & execution, ensuring client & stakeholders are aligned and informed
  7. Own the end-to-end customer onboarding, journey & engagement
  8. Oversee performance of the 24/7 support team, ensuring SLAs, response times, and resolution targets are met & improved

Required:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional tech/IT teams.
  • Previous experience managing product delivery in complex and fast-paced B2B - Digital/Tech/IT environments.
  • In-depth understanding of Agile and other product development methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills & the ability to navigate challenges & drive outcomes.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
