Job summary

Siemens Energy Limited in the United Kingdom seeks a senior leader to head Product Engineering and Documentation within the Aeroderivative Gas Turbines Core Development unit. You will oversee engineering lifecycles, ensure robust technical documentation, and optimize cross-functional collaboration with Planning, Quality, and Product Lifecycle teams.

The role requires extensive gas turbine engineering experience, senior leadership capabilities, and a track record of delivering complex projects in

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering leadership in power generation or aerospace.
• Strong background in gas turbine engineering and lifecycle management.
• Experience driving complex technical projects in a global matrix organization.
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) status or PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and engineering integrity of core aeroderivative gas turbine products and components.
• Drive continuous improvement of engineering processes, tools, methodologies, and change management practices.
• Direct creation, maintenance, and governance of technical product documentation and records.
• Ensure compliance with international standards, quality, safety, and customer specs.
• Provide strategic leadership, mentorship, and talent development for engineers and documentation staff.
• Develop and execute engineering strategy via PLM, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
