Thoughtworks is seeking a Head of Product Design to lead Thoughtworks.com as a digital product, shaping website strategy, journeys and content quality. You will own the roadmap, publishing model, and experiences across channels, working with editors, UX, SEO and AI teams.

This hands-on leader will translate go-to-market goals into cohesive customer experiences, balance human storytelling with machine readability, and drive performance, quality and speed across global audiences.

Qualificações

• 10–15 years experience leading digital products, customer experiences, service design or product design.
• Strong writing and editorial instincts, including the ability to simplify complex ideas.

Responsabilidades

• Set the product vision, principles and roadmap for Thoughtworks.com.
• Prioritize work around customer and business outcomes rather than individual pages.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams spanning product design, experience production and discoverability.
