LexisNexis Intellectual Property Solutions is seeking a Senior Director, Platform Engineering for Data Platform & Agentic Platform to lead the engineering organization delivering and operating internal shared platform capabilities for trusted data services and AI-driven workflows.

You will work with Platform Product Management to ensure platforms are scalable, reliable, secure, and widely adopted across product domains while enabling innovation through high-quality engineering execution.

Competenze

• 12+ years leading platform engineering teams with production operations accountability.
• Experience building platforms adopted by multiple product teams.
• Strong hands-on technical leadership in distributed systems and platform engineering.
• Deep experience with data platform engineering at scale: ingestion, integration, data quality, metadata and access controls.
• Experience enabling AI-powered systems in production: monitoring, observability, guardrails.
• Experience building internal AI workflow platforms or shared AI platform services, including orchestration.

• Lead engineering delivery for shared platform services and data capabilities used by multiple product domains.
• Translate platform requirements into scalable designs and delivery plans.
• Provide capacity forecasts, sequencing options, and delivery risk assessments.
• Build and operate ingestion, integration, and modernization capabilities for trusted IP data.
• Implement canonical data contracts and APIs with versioning and backward compatibility.
• Implement and operate agent workflow platform capabilities aligned to product standards.
• Develop production-grade evaluation, observability, auditability, and guardrail mechanisms for safe AI workflows.
