Montu UK, a leading digital health company specialising in cannabis-based medicines, seeks a Superintendent Pharmacist to lead clinical and regulatory operations for a fast-growing, digital-first pharmacy platform.

You will own governance, GPhC/MHRA compliance, and the automation strategy while managing a 100+ staff team in a high-volume environment. The role offers a high-paced, impactful setting with significant growth potential.

Qualifications

• Registered with the GPhC and aware of MHRA regulations.
• Experience as a superintendent pharmacist or senior pharmacy leader in high-volume settings.
• Experience with regulatory inspections and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and governance for a high-volume digital-first operation.
• Oversee regulatory compliance across pharmacy operations (GPhC/MHRA).
• Lead Controlled Drugs governance and scale governance processes.
• Manage a 100+ pharmacy staff and clinical competency programs.
• Shape pharmacy systems, SOPs, and automation strategy.
