Job summary

Babcock International seeks a Head of Human Resources to lead HR across a large, complex organisation. You will shape workforce planning, organisational development and change management to support future capability.

This senior role requires proven HR leadership, building high-performing teams, and strong executive stakeholder management to align people strategies with business priorities. The role is based on-site at Devonport Dockyard or the Technology Centre, with at least three days on site
