As a trusted adviser to the Principal Reporter/Chief Executive and a member of the Senior Management Team, you will lead the People Strategy, employee relations, learning and development, wellbeing, reward and policy.

Qualifications

• Strategic leadership in people management, organisational development and workforce planning.
• Advisory experience at executive/board level on employee relations, learning, wellbeing and policy.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of the People Strategy to support high-quality services.
• Provide expert advice on employee relations, learning & development, wellbeing, reward and employment policy.
• Lead the Human Resources function and contribute to governance and strategic decision-making.
• Shape culture and organisational capability in alignment with strategic priorities.
