Job summary

The Education Alliance (TEAL) is inviting applications for a Chief Operations Officer to join our Executive Team and lead the continued development of our shared services across 12 schools.

This permanent, full-time role offers strong leadership across finance, HR, estates, IT and health and safety, and requires a collaborative partner who can align operations with our strategic goals.

A part-time option at 0.8 FTE is welcomed, with pay on the TEAL Leadership Pay Scale (£100,540–£116,456 FTE).
