Responsibilities

• Supporter le CEO dans les devoirs opérationnels.
• Prendre en charge le P&L.

COO

We are working with a new and exciting Automotive client to add a Chief Operating Officer to their SLT. Ideally the successful COO will have experience at Director level in operations within an Automotive manufacturing environment, or an environment with multi stage manufacturing processes.

The role will involve supporting heads of divisions to achieve strategic outcomes in line with the overall company goals.

As Chief Operating Officer you will also:

• Provide support to the CEO in operational duties
• Take ownership of the P&L
• Drive CIP
• Identify cost savings as well as look at incentives
• Identify ways to take good numbers to be better

The role comes with a package which can be discussed with relevant applications.
