The Mission

As COO, your job is to run the engine room—ensuring our squads execute at the highest level, our clients get exceptional results, and our operations are built for scale and resilience. You’ll build future-proof and scalable processes, optimise delivery, and drive operational excellence, all while keeping a razor-sharp focus on efficiency, quality, and impact. If you’re a strategic operator with the grit to get things done, we want you on our team.

Your Objectives

Squad Performance & Client Success

  • Oversee our elite squads, ensuring seamless, high-impact delivery of client projects.
  • Deploy Special Ops precision to balance speed, quality, and profitability across projects.
  • Implement scalable, repeatable delivery processes and systems that drive consistency and efficiency.
  • Support client success and retention, ensuring long-term partnerships and growth.

Operational Excellence & Scalability

  • Design and execute high-performance operational strategies to support rapid growth.
  • Optimise internal systems, workflows, and processes for maximum efficiency.
  • Lead capacity planning and squad deployment, ensuring the right talent is in the right mission and fully set up for success.
  • Drive continuous improvement, leveraging data and insights to refine execution.
  • Ensure compliance with operational standards and accreditations such as our ISO27001 certification, embedding best practices into our processes.
  • Work side-by-side with the CEO as part of the C-suite leadership team to execute the company’s vision.
  • Build, coach, and lead a world-class operations and squad delivery structure.
  • Support a culture of accountability, precision, and elite execution.
  • Own and drive key business metrics, including profitability, project delivery, squad efficiency, and client satisfaction.
