About the Rothschild Foundation -
Rooted in the historic Waddesdon Estate, the Rothschild Foundation delivers impactful funding programmes across England, with a focus on Arts and Culture, Community, and Environment. The Foundation also manages Waddesdon Manor on behalf of the National Trust—an iconic heritage site welcoming c.350,000 visitors annually—and oversees a diverse portfolio of properties and commercial ventures including a successful programme of public events and the Five Arrows Hotel and The Bow public house.
The Role -
As COO, you will be at the heart of strategic and operational leadership, ensuring the Foundation’s commercial activities are sustainable, innovative, and aligned with its mission. You will oversee a wide remit including property, sustainability, events, retail, hospitality, and risk management. You will also serve as a Director on the Board of Rothschild Waddesdon Ltd (RWL), the Foundation’s trading arm with a turnover of over £6m.
