Job summary

Raisin, the world’s leading platform for savings and investments, seeks a strategic Chief of Staff to accelerate commercial growth in the UK. Based alongside the UK CEO, you will originate institutional partnerships and drive cross-functional strategic initiatives end-to-end.

You will translate market dynamics, lead deal structuring and financial modeling, and coordinate with product and leadership to align the UK priorities with Raisin's global roadmap.

Qualifications

• Background in investment banking (FIG), M&A advisory, corporate finance or strategic BD in financial services/fintech is highly desirable.
• Highly analytical and proactive mindset with methodical, data-backed execution and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Development & Commercial Growth: Translate UK client context, competitive dynamics, and customer feedback into growth opportunities and clear requirements for leadership.
• Execute on this Strategy and Drive Partner Origination & Platform Growth: Lead business development initiatives to identify and execute commercial partnerships with banks, asset managers, wealth managers and financial institutions across the UK.
• Executive Sales Support: Partner directly with the UK CEO on complex commercial partnership negotiations.
• Deal Structuring & Financial Modeling: Evaluate frameworks, conduct modeling, and negotiate terms for strategic accounts and initiatives.
• Strategic Operations & Cross-Functional Execution: Own end-to-end execution of CEO-led strategic initiatives with cross-functional alignment.
• Executive & Board Preparation: Draft strategic presentations, business cases, and commercial proposals for the UK CEO, Boards, and Group exec management.
• Product Roadmap Alignment: Collaborate with Group product and operations to champion UK priorities and integrate features into the roadmap.
• Structured Execution: Maintain documentation, cadences, and operational alignment across UK priorities while navigating Risk, Compliance, and Legal clearance.
