Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager- Chief of Staff within Product Management Business Enablement and Transformation (BET) in London.

You will partner with the PM domain leader to balance ideas, drive operational strategies, and deliver actionable, data-driven recommendations across senior stakeholders. You'll collaborate with engineering leads and product owners to align work with OKRs, manage resources and budgets, and utilize enterprise AI capabilities responsibly to

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in program/project/technology management, consulting, operations, or related fields.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with senior leaders.
• Strong in Resource Management, Change Management, Portfolio Management, and risk assessment.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear actions and plans.
• Proven ability to build relationships across cross-functional teams.
• Influence and direct people across varying seniorities and departments.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted confidant and partner to PM domain leader, balancing ideas with operational strategy.
• Prepare sessions and materials for reviews requiring due diligence and storytelling.
• Drive Book of Work for engineering teams aligned to OKRs and roadmaps.
• Leverage enterprise AI capabilities for planning, RAID, and executive updates with human oversight.
• Promote reuse-first AI practices for governance and reporting.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and Business Management for communications and governance.
• Manage resources, headcount, and budgets while maintaining organizational hygiene.
• Create and maintain cadenced processes to ensure consistent delivery.
• Deliver data-driven recommendations to executives and stakeholders.
• Lead talent management sessions and promotion radar reviews with HR.
