Job Description:

This one's for the builders. Join a rocketship AI company as their GTM Chief of Staff – a high-leverage role working side-by-side with founders across Sales, Growth, CS & Marketing. You’ll solve big problems, ship fast, and help scale one of the most ambitious teams in the space.

Responsibilities:

• Lead wild, cross-functional growth experiments
• Make sense of chaos across metrics, GTM ops, and storytelling
• Own end-to-end special projects (we mean own)
• Be the glue between founders, GTM, and ops

Ideal Candidate:

• 2–5 yrs in high-stakes environments (startups, consulting, banking, etc.)
• Founder-energy: biased to action, allergic to bullshit
• Can jump between decks, data, and deals with ease
• Obsessed with outcomes, not titles
