About The Role

Group IT is recruiting for a Chief Information Security Officer on a full-time, permanent basis.

Reporting to the Head of IT Governance & Security, you will handle complex business issues and be responsible for establishing Enterprise Security through policy, architecture, training processes, and implementing security solutions aligned with Volkswagen AG Group standards, policies, and guidelines. The CISO will oversee the delivery, maintenance, and effectiveness measurement of Information Security Management Systems (ISMS).

Skills & Experience:

• Exceptional IT and business process skills
• Deep understanding of the IT industry, technology, and trends
• Experience in implementing Information Security Management models
• Ability to communicate ideas, solutions, and recommendations across all organizational levels
• Highly motivated with excellent time management skills and initiative
