Job summary

HRtechX Ltd. is a London-based start-up on a growth journey seeking a Chief Growth Officer to own our content and drive marketing strategy.

You will work in-person at our HQ near Victoria Station, leading a talented team and collaborating closely with the CEO and founder to shape the company’s future. We offer real impact in a fast-paced environment, meaningful responsibility, and clear opportunities for internal advancement.

Qualifications

• Have +10 years of work experience with outstanding performance in the industry.

• Are curious about people and love to speak, build and nurture relations;
• Are an excellent communicator (especially) verbally and in writing;

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Set clear goals and expectations and evaluate team performance regularly. Recruiter and onboard your team.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, product development, and other teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
• Campaign Management: Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, social media, website etc.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
