HRtechX Ltd. in London is seeking a Managing Director to lead our growth trajectory and drive strategic initiatives across product, operations and partnerships. You will work in-person at our HQ, report to the CEO, and shape how we scale in the HR tech space.

The role demands exceptional leadership, deep business judgment and the ability to build and mentor high-performing teams while expanding our global footprint. This is a high-responsibility, hands-on leadership position with real impact.

What we expect from you

We are looking for experienced business managers to help us reach our objectives. Industry experience is not a requirement, but you do need to be highly ambitious, forward-thinking and driven to inspire and lead our team. Furthermore, having a UK work permit is also a requirement.

• Have a relentless drive and desire to be the very best at what they do;
• Possess and unparalleled work ethic with a high sense of urgency;
