Harewood House Trust is seeking a Head of Development to lead and grow fundraising across trusts, foundations, major donors and campaigns. You will shape strategy, build partnerships and secure sustainable income to support Harewood’s future.

Working with the CEO and Senior Management Team, you will develop multi-strand programmes, drive capital campaigns and oversee stewardship, reporting and fundraising systems to maximise impact for Harewood’s heritage and audiences.

Qualifikationen

• Significant fundraising experience in a charity or not-for-profit organisation.
• Experience developing and delivering fundraising strategies, setting income targets and monitoring performance.
• Experience contributing significantly to capital fundraising, including major gift cultivation, campaign planning and prospect management.
• A strong track record of securing funding through trusts and foundations, public funders and/or major donors.
• Excellent written communication, relationship management and project-management skills.
