As our Chief Financial Officer, you won't just join our executive team – you'll have a direct seat at our Group Board with a genuine opportunity to influence and create our company strategy. Now we need a Finance Leader to build the foundations and lead us into our next phase of growth and eventual exit.

The Finance Leader we're seeking:

Experience drives us forward as we look for new ways to improve our financial operations while maintaining strong performance. We seek a CFO who can immerse fully in all areas of the business and align our finance strategy with our core values.

Who you are:
  • A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with CFO/Finance Director experience
  • A broad strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen
  • An experienced leader in creating financial standardisation across multiple business units
  • Skilled in translating complex financial information for non-financial audiences
  • A relationship builder who collaborates effectively with operational leaders
  • A professional who fulfills promises and commitments consistently
  • A natural trust-inspiring relationship builder
Your impact & influence:
  • Define and implement a comprehensive financial strategy aligned with our business objectives
  • Introduce standardised reporting and optimise our financial structure
  • Enhance working capital management to enable business investment
  • Lead potential capital raising and M&A activities
  • Develop exit strategies in line with shareholder objectives
  • Engage and explain financial decisions to operational leaders
Essential requirements:
  • Qualified accountant with degree-level education
  • Significant experience of transforming businesses at CFO or Finance Director level
  • Proven track record in financial strategy implementation
  • Experience working at Board level with shareholders
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels
