Our client is looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join a rapidly expanding IT recruitment firm. As a key member of our executive team, the CFO will play a critical role in driving our financial strategy, managing international teams, and guiding the company through an exit within the next five years. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-paced, competitive environment, where your expertise in forecasting, budget planning, and international finance will be essential to our continued success.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the financial strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives and exit plan.
Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, identify key growth opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations to support decision-making.
Drive budget planning, forecasting, and financial modelling to optimize resource allocation and ensure financial stability.
Lead and oversee international finance operations, including financial reporting, compliance, tax planning, and treasury management.
Ensure adherence to global accounting standards and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
Collaborate closely with international teams to streamline processes, optimize cash flow, and mitigate financial risks.
Provide expert guidance and financial leadership to prepare the company for a successful exit within the next five years.
Conduct thorough due diligence, financial analysis, and valuation exercises to maximize shareholder value.
Collaborate with legal, investment banking, and external advisors to navigate the exit process efficiently.
Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of team members.
Foster effective cross-functional collaboration with other departments to drive operational efficiency and achieve business goals.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior finance leadership role within the IT industry.
Strong track record in driving financial performance, strategic planning, and international finance management.
Expertise in forecasting, budget planning, financial modelling, and data analysis.
Experience guiding a business through an exit process and working with legal and investment banking partners.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
