Finatal are partnering with a leading lower mid-market Private Equity firm to find a CFO for a digital consultancy in London, currently operating at c.£3m EBITDA. The role would suit a CFO with a background in a professional services private equity backed business, with a thorough grounding in project / t&m based business models.

The role will require you to have held a senior leadership position in finance within a private equity backed business.

The Role:

Own financial data and reporting, both internally and for external investors
Work closely with the CEO and board to craft and execute an organic growth strategy
Manage third party banking relationships and debt covenants
Build and manage a high performing finance team

Requirements:

Track record as a CFO or FD in Private Equity backed businesses
Good exposure to professional services business environments
Solid understanding of project / time & materials based business models and managing associated cash flow fluctuations
Qualified accountant - ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
