Your Mission as CFO

• Strategic Financial Leadership: Design and implement sophisticated, data-driven financial models that translate operational levers into clear value-creation pathways.

• Roadmap to Scale: Own the finance strategy to scale revenue and unlock ambitious valuation targets by 2030.

• Insight & Influence: Embed clean, consistent reporting, analytics, and KPI frameworks to drive proactive, insight-led decision-making; compiling and presenting meaningful financial data is non-negotiable.

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Implement robust budgeting, forecasting, and KPI processes tied directly to value creation.

• Function Build: Recruit, mentor, and professionalise a high-performing finance team—cultivating a culture of accountability, commercial rigour, and service excellence.

• Collaboration: Partner closely with the Finance Controller to unlock potential and shape development trajectories.

• Investment & M&A Readiness: Lead due diligence, audit preparation, and controls to ensure the business is investment-ready.

Who You Are

• Qualified Leader: ACA, ACCA, or CIMA-qualified CFO or senior FD with demonstrable success transforming under-resourced finance functions.

• Commercial Strategist: Expert at building integrated models that support growth, margin expansion, and valuation enhancement.

• Systems Savvy: Strong systems literacy; experience with Sage Intacct a bonus.

• Builder & Mentor: A people-first coach who thrives on talent development, high standards, and decisive leadership.

• Growth Operator: Comfortable scaling systems and teams across multiple locations in a dynamic, high-velocity environment.

• Values Aligned: Passionate about purpose-led culture and committed to B-Corp principles.

• Proven track record of implementing budgeting, forecasting, and KPI frameworks tied to strategic outcomes

• Proven track record of driving accelerated growth in organisations of comparable scale

• Hands-on exposure to M&A processes, due diligence, and external investment readiness
