Managing Talent Partner | Private Equity Technology and Professional Services | Executive and C-1 Hiring

We are seeking a CFO to help establish a new holding company within the service industry. We have been mandated by a top tier PE fund.

This position is ideal for a hands-on finance professional with expertise in managing complex group structures, equity waterfalls, and debt-to-equity conversions. Reporting directly to the Fund, the candidate will be integral to shaping a new business structure and deploying capital to drive growth

Requirements

• A seasoned technical finance professional with extensive experience in professional services or similar industries
• Strong understanding of group and hold-co structures with a track record of optimising complex organisational frameworks
• Excellent communication skills, able to articulate complex concepts clearly.
• Comfortable working in a high-energy environment with frequent engagement from senior leadership
• Expertise in equity waterfalls and distribution models, including the ability to handle detailed financial arrangements
• In-depth experience managing debt-to-equity conversions and related financial restructurings
• Demonstrated capability in M&A activities, including due diligence, integration, and strategic execution
• Key conduit between the CEO and investment team
