Job summary

Anglian Learning in Cambridge seeks a Chief Finance Officer to join the Executive Leadership Team, responsible for finance and procurement and for managing the financial plan to support the Trust's strategic aims.

The role requires extensive senior finance leadership, strategic planning, budgeting, risk management, procurement experience, and exceptional stakeholder communication. A fully qualified accountant is essential.

• Engage with stakeholders across the Trust and board on financial matters.

Job description

Pure Executive is delighted to be partnering with Anglian Learning to appoint a Chief Finance Officer (CFO) to be based in Cambridge.

The Chief Finance Officer will be a key member of the Executive Leadership Team and has executive responsibility for the finance and procurement functions within the Trust. The postholder will be accountable for the financial health of the Trust and managing the financial plan to ensure delivery of the Trust’s strategic and financial objectives.

Key requirements:

• Strong commercial and procurement experience
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver organisational improvement
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
