Weaver Trust is a small, but expanding, six-schoolMulti-Academy Trust with over 1300 students. As a growing Trust, we haveestablished ourselves and have a proven track record in outstanding primaryeducation. We are keen to grow further and have no intention of resting on ourlaurels. The potential here is huge.

We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Chief FinanceOfficer to provide strong leadership, covering our central services coveringfinances, IT and HR and maximising commercial opportunities as we move into thenext, exciting phase of our strategic development.

Candidates must have a strong business acumen, expertise instrategic finance management, working with high-performing teams and a clearunderstanding of how to manage highly efficient central service functions.Prior experience of working in an Academic Trust and school environment is notessential, but candidates must possess a precise, analytical and agile mind,creativity, strong interpersonal skills, plenty of drive and energy, andcommitment to the ethos and aims of our Trust.
