Job summary

Anglian Learning seeks a Chief Finance Officer to be based in Cambridge, joining the Executive Leadership Team with executive responsibility for finance and procurement within the Trust.

The postholder will be accountable for the financial health of the Trust and will manage the financial plan to ensure delivery of its strategic and financial objectives. A superb leadership opportunity within a values-driven Multi-Academy Trust.

Qualifications

• Significant senior finance leadership experience within a complex organisation.
• Expertise in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and risk management.
• Strong commercial and procurement experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver organisational improvement.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the finance function and procurement activity for the Trust.
• Lead the financial planning process and manage the financial plan to deliver strategic objectives.
• Develop and implement improvements across finance operations and procurement.
