Chief Executive – Wiltshire and Swindon Sport (WASP)

Location: Wiltshire & Swindon (offices in Trowbridge)

Salary: £60,000–£70,000 + pension, Full-time, flexible working available

Wiltshire and Swindon Sport (WASP) are seeking a dynamic Chief Executive to lead it into the next chapter as a Sport England System Partner. They are a trusted, collaborative organisation working across health, education, local government, and the voluntary sector to inspire active lives and tackle inequality through sport and physical activity.

About the Role

As CEO, you’ll be the driving force behind their strategy, partnerships, and culture. You’ll lead a passionate team and work closely with the Board to :

  • Champion physical activity across Wiltshire and Swindon
  • Build trusted relationships across sectors and communities
  • Secure funding and diversify income streams
  • Ensure excellence in governance, safeguarding and impact
  • Represent WASP locally, regionally and nationally
