A UK bar and restaurant brand is appointing a Chief Executive Officer. The business is growing, with sites across the UK and a clear expansion plan. This is a board-level role with full responsibility for strategy, performance and the next phase of growth.

The role suits a proven multi-site leader. You might currently be a CEO, MD or COO of a bar, pub or restaurant group. You'll set the direction of the business, not run day-to-day operations.

The Chief Executive Officer role

• Lead the business and the senior leadership team, reporting to the board and shareholders

You’ll bring

• Current or recent CEO, MD or COO experience in multi-site hospitality
• A background in bars, restaurants or pubs, ideally with branded, growth-stage businesses
• Full P&L accountability and a record of delivering profitable growth
• Proven experience of opening new sites and scaling an estate across the UK
• Confidence working with a board and investors
• The presence to lead from the front and be the public face of the brand
• What matters most is that you've led a hospitality business at the top level.
