Mattioli Woods plc is seeking a Head of Data & AI to define and deliver the Group's Data & AI agenda. This senior role reports to the CIO and ExCo, with hybrid working and substantial resources to drive transformation within a £multi-billion wealth management group.

You will build data architecture, governance, and analytics capabilities, lead the Data & AI team, and partner with specialist vendors to deliver measurable business outcomes in a regulated environment.

• A proven track record of building data and AI capabilities and translating them into measurable change.

Responsabilités

• Define and deliver the Group Data & AI strategy and roadmap, turning prototypes into production outcomes.
• Establish governance, quality and controls for data across a growing group.
• Map workflows and identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven productivity.
• Establish responsible use of AI within an FCA-regulated environment.
• Build analytics capabilities and lead a high-quality Data & AI team.
