Mastek is seeking an experienced Principal Data & AI Consultant to join our Data & AI practice in the UK. This senior advisory role focuses on helping clients in regulated sectors shape, govern, and deliver Data & AI initiatives that are practical, compliant, and outcome-focused.

You will lead strategy engagements, manage executive stakeholders, and ensure governance, risk, and compliance are embedded in delivery.

Qualifications

• 15+ years' experience in consulting, advisory, transformation, or senior leadership roles across Data, Analytics, AI, or Digital.

Responsibilities

• Lead Data & AI strategy engagements, roadmaps, operating models, and investment cases for regulated clients.
• Shape AI adoption strategies aligned to governance requirements and business outcomes.
• Translate complex challenges into clear recommendations for executive stakeholders.
• Build long-term client relationships based on trust and delivery confidence.
