Financial Conduct Authority is seeking a Senior Leader for Cyber & Information Resilience in the UK. You will shape strategy, lead risk governance and drive a programme spanning cyber security, resilience and assurance.

You will interact with senior stakeholders across the regulator to ensure robust protection of information and technology assets. The role offers strategic influence, cross‑department collaboration, and the opportunity to shape national cyber resilience while navigating a complex

Competenze

• Significant experience leading cyber security, information resilience or enterprise risk functions in a complex organisation.
• Experience translating cyber risk into senior-level decisions and delivery plans.
• Experience owning departmental planning, budgeting, governance reporting and cross-team dependencies.

Mansioni

• Set the strategic direction for Cyber and Information Resilience aligned with FCA risk appetite and priorities.
• Own departmental planning, including annual and in-year prioritisation, budget and FTE considerations.
• Deliver delegated SMF responsibilities with clear governance of risks, controls and decisions.
• Engage with Technology and Data, enterprise governance forums, audit and risk to judge material cyber risks and trade-offs.
• Provide mandate and escalation support to Deputy CISO and management team for delivery across teams.
• Ensure integration of cyber risk, resilience insights and threat intelligence into a coherent action plan.
