Job summary

Mphasis UK Ltd is seeking a Head of Compliance, Compliance Oversight & Money Laundering Reporting Officer to oversee the regulatory compliance framework and AML/CTF arrangements. The role requires acting as SMF16 and SMF17, with responsibility to ensure FCA rules and Consumer Duty are embedded across the business.

The post holder will provide independent second-line oversight, monitor regulatory changes, and report to the Board.

Qualifications

• Experience in FCA-regulated financial services.
• Experience developing and monitoring compliance frameworks.
• Experience in risk-based compliance monitoring and regulatory reporting.
• Experience with Anti-Money Laundering (AML), CTF and sanctions.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent oversight of FCA compliance and financial crime.
• Lead SMF16/SMF17 functions subject to FCA approval.
• Develop and maintain a risk-based Compliance Monitoring Programme.
• Advise senior management and the Board on regulatory developments.
• Promote culture of compliance and ethical conduct across the organisation.
