Job summary

Exeter Students' Guild is seeking a Head of Belonging and Support to lead systems, services and communities that help students build confidence and connections. The role is hybrid in Exeter, 35 hours per week, salary £52,055.01–£55,225.18, full-time fixed-term for 2 years.

You will oversee student-led activity, volunteering and independent advice, shaping an inclusive student experience and opportunities for leadership development within the Guild.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading participation, engagement, student support, or community services at a strategic level.
• Ability to design and improve systems for easy engagement and access to support.
• Strong understanding of inclusion, belonging and participation barriers.
• Experience leading complex services with safeguarding and risk management.
