Responsibilities

• Support the operation and development of the Chemistry department.
• Conduct chemistry testing.
• Perform method verification, transfer, validation, and development.
• Review and analyze technical data.
• Communicate with clients and attend meetings.
• Resolve quality issues efficiently.
• Write and review exceptions.
• Lead root cause analysis and quality risk assessments.
• Handle CAPA and change controls.
• Assist in equipment calibration and maintenance.
• Create and review procedures, protocols, and reports.
• Deputize for leadership when necessary.
• Support self-inspections and client audits.
• Propose and implement continuous improvements.
• Deliver chemistry training.
